Rogers, Douglas, Letters to a young woman: an introduction to socialism (London: Forum Press, 1944) [Heisler] P4127
This pamphlet, written by Douglas Rogers, a socialist and anti-imperialist who wrote and edited for the New Leader, is a basic description of socialism. Rogers, a correspondent with George Padmore, was later the secretary of the Movement for Colonial Freedom when Fenner Brockway was chairman and Tony Benn was treasurer.
