Groves, Reginald, 1908-, The mystery of Victor Grayson (London : Pendulum Publications, 1946) [Heisler] P4151
Victor Grayson initially attained prominence when he won the 1907 Colne Valley by-election for the Independent Labour Party (ILP). He is most known, however, for his later disappearance, which took place on 28 September 1920. He had been threatening to reveal that Maundy Gregory had been selling honours for Lloyd George, and the former has been suspected of Grayson's abduction / murder ever since. This pamphlet, written by fellow socialist Reg Groves, is one of a number of attempts to solve the mystery.
