Ethics

1807 Commemorated abides by a Code of Ethics regarding the collection of data in audience surveys. All methods of data collection have also been passed by the University of York's Ethics Committee. The 1807 Commemorated project follows a number of set principles:

The cooperation of participants is vital to the project, therefore at all times participants are treated respectfully and full consideration is given to their opinions and views. This data is recorded accurately to ensure participants responses are represented correctly and to the highest possible degree.
