©History & Policy
The History & Policy website was set up in 2001 with the aim of connecting historians and policymakers, and has since developed into a consortium of Cambridge and London historians based in the Centre for Contemporary British History (CCBH) at the Institute of Historical Research (IHR). As well as organising events which bring together historians and those deciding public policy, it publishes short papers in which current events are given a historical perspective and provides a network of historians available to respond to requests for information from journalists and politicians.
